Join/Renew MASPA

To join or renew MASPA for the 2008-2009 school year, each school district can have up to 3 representatives. Please complete the following form.  Once you have reviewed the information, click on the Submit Button.  A confirmation form will be displayed, which you should print and send with a $185.00 check or purchase order made payable to MASPA.
